NOC for Multistate Cooperative Society Registration

As per the latest notification from Ministry

Following additional documents have been made mandatory for the proposed societies to submit along with their proposal of registration

  • No objection Certificate from the Registration of Cooperative Societies of the States / U.T where the area of operation of the society extends.
  • A certificate to the effect that the credential of the Chief Promoter / Promoters member have been verified by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies of the concerned States.
